Background I am Filipino American, born in Manila, Philippines and raised in the U.S. I have been a resident of Brooklyn & Queens for most of my life, and currently live outside of Philadelphia.

Professional Experience I have worked with non-profits for more than two decades in New York City and London as a clinical social worker, therapist and service manager. I specialize in childhood and complex trauma (also known as CPTSD). I have worked with children, youth and adults with depression, anxiety and other kinds of trauma.

My approach I offer non-judgmental, short-term mental health therapy & consultation for individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, and life transitions. I help people develop confidence, identify strategies for coping, & attain inner strength. My practice method is an integration of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, somatic, & sensorimotor models of therapeutic treatments. My perspective is trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, inclusive, and understands the impact of sociopolitical issues on mental health. My expertise is based on the combination of education, training, professional, & personal experiences.
